Prestige Golfshire Villas Goa is Prestige Group's extension of its signature golf-residential concept beyond its Bengaluru flagship. Extending its acclaimed golf-residential concept from Bengaluru to Goa, Prestige introduces Villas @ Golf Shire, covering 0.30 mn sq.ft. The project draws directly on the design language of the original, where set to the backdrop of the picturesque Nandi Hills, across 275 acres, ultra-luxurious independent villas sit alongside a 300-bed luxury hotel, a private lake and an 18-hole championship golf course.
For Goa, Prestige Group had confirmed that planning is in progress in Goa, and land acquisition is already finished, as part of a wider push to replicate the Golfshire format across the country. Golfshire's four-bedroom villas, which start at ₹14.5 crore, have drawn a specialised clientele that includes business executives and NRIs in Bengaluru, and the Goa edition is being positioned to attract a similar profile of second-home buyers.
The Goa villas form part of a much larger coastal push by the developer. Prestige Group unveils 3.4 mn sq.ft of premium coastal projects in Goa—Bayfront, the Sea Scapes cluster, and Golf Shire Villas—launching FY26–FY27. Within this portfolio, these exclusive villas will sit around a boutique golf course, offering a rare blend of sport and serenity.
