Alongside the apartments, the villa enclave named Bellagio is a phase 1 villa development offering luxury villas in a gated complex overlooking the mesmerising Mulagund Lake, with unit sizes ranging from 5,767 sq. ft to 18,049 sq. ft.

Launched in November 2023, the project is currently an Under Construction Apartment development, with expected possession starting from October 2028. It is registered under RERA number P02400007209.
