That response gave Prestige the confidence to commit further capital to the region — Prestige Estates Projects has announced plans to launch two major residential projects in the Delhi-NCR region during the current fiscal year, located in Noida and Gurugram, expected to generate an estimated revenue of approximately ₹6,800 crore, with the planned projects together offering nearly 8 million square feet of developable area.

In Noida, Prestige's footprint traces back to a joint venture in Sector 150, where Prestige group came up in Delhi NCR at Noida sector 150 in a joint venture with Ace Group to begin its first housing project in Noida with an investment of approximately Rs 500 Cr on construction, and has since extended toward Sector 62, where Prestige Group is set to expand in the region with its new project in Sector 62, Noida, expected to be located along National Highway 24. In Gurugram, the group has signed its first formal land deal: Prestige Estates Projects Ltd entered into a joint development agreement for a 17.212-acre land parcel in Sector 92, positioned near the Dwarka Expressway, alongside reports of a larger township being planned in Sector 162 along the same corridor.

Delhi-NCR accounted for 45% of Prestige's sales in H1 FY26, outperforming its traditional strongholds of Bengaluru and Mumbai, underlining why the developer continues to chase land and joint-development deals across both Noida and Gurugram rather than treating the region as a one-off launch.
