Overview
Prestige Bougainvillea Gardens is a residential development by Prestige Group in Sector 150, Noida. The project is a joint venture with local developer Ace Group, marking Prestige Group's entry into the Delhi-NCR housing market, with the Bengaluru-based developer well-known real estate builder Prestige Estates Projects Ltd tying up with Ace Group to begin its first housing project in Noida with an investment of approximately Rs 500 Cr on construction.
