Prestige City Mayflower is the second residential phase of The Prestige City, Indirapuram Extension - Prestige Estates' maiden Delhi-NCR township on NH-24, Ghaziabad. The company has sold almost all units launched in the first phase, and has now launched the second phase, 'Mayflower', comprising 620 units, with a total estimated gross development value of around Rs 2,200 crore. The Mayflower project spans a developable area of 1.94 million square feet.
Mayflower occupies its own 6.63-acre enclave within the larger 62.5-acre township project in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh that Prestige Estates launched to enter the NCR market.
