Mulberry at The Prestige City is a companion first-phase cluster launched alongside Oakwood within The Prestige City Indirapuram Extension, Prestige Group's debut township in the National Capital Region. Mulberry at The Prestige City is a new high-rise apartment phase in The Prestige City, located at Siddharth Vihar, Indirapuram Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, developed by the Prestige Group. The development is spread across 12.56 acres of land and features 9 high-rise towers with a total of 1719 units.
The towers in this project are tall, ranging from Ground + 41 floors up to Ground + 50 floors, with each floor usually having 4 apartments. This low-density layout is designed to give residents more privacy, light and ventilation compared to typical high-rise clusters. Together with Oakwood, this first phase forms a major chunk of the wider 62.5-acre Prestige City masterplan.
The first phase of this project, named Oakwood and Mulberry, features a combined Gross Development Value exceeding ₹9,000 crore, encompassing 3,421 homes distributed across 19 towers, offering configurations including 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3 BHK + Home Office, and 4 BHK + Home Office residences, with unit sizes ranging from 1,681 sq ft to 6,026 sq ft. The project was launched in April–May 2025, and the expected possession date is November 2029.
This is Prestige Group's first residential venture in Delhi-NCR, backed by the same brand that has delivered large-scale townships across South India for nearly four decades. The project's development is being managed by top-tier partners — L&T, one of India's most trusted construction companies, is handling execution, while the architecture has been crafted by Hafeez Contractor.

Mulberry is located at Siddharth Vihar in Indirapuram Extension, directly on NH-24, one of the busiest and best-developed arterial roads connecting Ghaziabad to Delhi and Noida. It is located on NH-24 (Delhi-Meerut Expressway), offering excellent road connectivity to both Delhi and Noida, close to Noida Sector 62 and Sector 63, which are major job hubs, with the Electronic City Metro Station (Blue Line) nearby. The site is close to the CISF Camp in Indirapuram Extension & Siddharth Vihar, roughly 10 minutes to the metro station and 20 minutes to reach Noida. Day-to-day conveniences are within easy reach, with established schools, hospitals and malls in the surrounding Indirapuram belt.
