Overview of Prestige Evergreen
Prestige Evergreen is the newly launched Phase 2 of the most successful township, Evergreen @ Prestige Raintree Park, spread across 24 acres, featuring 2000 modern apartments in 14 high-rise Prestige Towers, offering 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHKs in floor sizes of 659 sq ft to 2513 sq ft. The project sits at Katha No 1233, Amani Bellandur Khane Village, Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, on SH-35 opposite Varthur Lake, with the project entrance right on Varthur Main Road.
This phase is planned as a high-rise apartment development with 14 towers in a 3 basements + ground + 19 floors structure, with an open space area of 70,297 sq meter, that is 70.2% of the land. Evergreen forms part of a much larger vision: Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park is the largest township in Whitefield, East Bangalore, by Prestige Group, with a total township size of 107 acres, 82 acres for housing and 25 acres for commercial purposes, including a Tech Park and a Retail Mall.
On pricing, 1 BHK apartments are positioned as entry-level options into a Prestige township, compact and efficient, with prices currently starting at around ₹1.1 Cr and going up to ₹1.35 Cr, while 2 BHK apartments form the core demand segment, practical family homes with pricing typically ranging between ₹1.55 Cr and ₹1.8 Cr. Construction is already underway: the project has successfully transitioned to active substructure development, with current on-site execution focused on the reinforcement and casting of primary column grids at the basement and lower-ground levels.
Demand has been strong since launch. As of June 2026, Prestige Evergreen has sold around 1,200 out of 2,000 apartments, nearly 60% of the project booked, with 1 BHK homes now fully sold out while 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments remain available based on live inventory.
