Overview
Prestige Kings County is a large-format plotted development from Prestige Group, spread across 73 acres on Jigani-Bommasandra Main Road in Rajapura, close to Electronic City in South Bengaluru. The project offers 875 freehold residential plots designed for buyers who want to build a custom home inside a secure, gated community rather than buy a ready apartment.
Plots come in multiple standard dimensions - 30x40, 30x50, 30x60, 40x50 and 40x60 - covering sizes from roughly 1,200 sq ft to 2,400 sq ft, so buyers can pick a footprint that fits their villa plan and budget. The layout is infrastructure-ready, with underground utility lines, wide internal roads, and a landscaped clubhouse zone at the centre of the community.
The project is developed by Prestige Acres Private Limited, a Prestige Group entity focused on plotted developments, and carries Karnataka RERA registration. It was launched in July 2024 and is being delivered on a phased basis, with possession of plots scheduled from December 2026.
