Prestige Park Grove is a large-format residential township by Prestige Group located at Seegehalli on Chikka Banahalli Road, Whitefield, East Bangalore. Prestige Park Grove is a large premium township in Seegehalli, Whitefield spanning 72 acres with over 3,700 apartments and 4 BHK villas, launched in August 2023 and now under construction. The apartment enclave is called The Residences and the villa enclave is called The Willows, spread across dedicated zones within the same gated township.
The project offers a wide configuration mix. The floor plan includes 1, 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK units along with villas, with 1 BHK ranging from 658 to 674 sq. ft., 2 BHK from 1,067 to 1,242 sq. ft., 3 BHK from 1,414 to 2,204 sq. ft., 3.5 BHK around 2,200 sq. ft., 4 BHK from 2,369 to 3,856 sq. ft., and villas between 3,463 and 4,170 sq. ft. The homes are designed by RSP Architects, and apartments are arranged across high-rise towers to minimise shared walls between units.
Prestige Park Grove, developed by Prestige Projects Private Limited, officially launched on 01-Oct-2023 and is expected to complete by 31-Dec-2027, registered under RERA No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/100823/006141, comprising 20 towers with unit sizes ranging from 409 to 3,143 sq. ft. over 71.56 acres. As of December 2025, most towers are sold out, with remaining units available mainly through resale or later-phase inventory, and possession is scheduled for December 2027.
The township is built around large green zones and multiple clubhouses. The development integrates residential zones with extensive recreational and community spaces, including dedicated areas like Club Bellevue and a Central Park Club, along with various themed gardens. This makes Park Grove one of Prestige's flagship large-scale township launches in the Whitefield micro-market.
