Prestige Estates Projects Ltd acquired 21 acres of prime land in Whitefield, earmarked for residential development, and the acquisition was disclosed to the stock exchange in April 2024. The site is planned to hold around 1,800 apartments across approximately 4 million sq ft of developable area.
The township reflects Prestige's push to expand its footprint in the Whitefield corridor. Group Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack has described the prime Whitefield land as an excellent opportunity to grow the company's presence in a large IT corridor, while Group CEO Venkat K Narayana has said the project will strengthen sales in the group's home market.
The project is planned as a complete residential address rather than a single tower. Development is planned to be completed over four years from launch, allowing the township to take shape in phases alongside the surrounding growth of Whitefield.
With a projected gross development value of ₹4,500 crore, this is one of the larger residential commitments in the Whitefield area. Prestige brings to it the same focus on scale, planning and build quality that has defined its luxury townships across Bengaluru.
