Prestige Estates recorded a 50 per cent increase in sales bookings during the second quarter of this fiscal year, reaching INR 6,017.3 crore due to strong housing demand, with sales volumes for the quarter at 4.42 million sq ft, a 47 per cent rise year-on-year, and average realisation for apartments increasing 8 per cent year-on-year to INR 14,906 per sq ft. Following the announcement, the developer's stock reacted positively, with the launch cited as a driver of investor sentiment.
