Prestige Estates Projects Ltd will invest around Rs 10,000 crore over the next six years to develop this 62.5 acre township at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The NCR project will have over 10 million sq ft of saleable area and an estimated GDV of over ₹10,000 crore. The acquired land, with a saleable area of 10 million sq ft, will be developed primarily as residential, complemented by education and retail.
Spread across 62.5 acres, The Prestige City comprises 19 high-rise residential towers, three well-appointed clubhouses, and one 8 lakh sq ft retail complex, with 4041 exclusive residences. The project was designed to be dense yet private — at Prestige City, each floor has only four homes, ensuring better privacy, good ventilation, and open views.
Market response has been strong. The company recorded over Rs 8,000 crore worth of sales in the first phase of this 62.5-acre development. Construction is being executed by L&T using Mivan aluminium formwork technology, with possession committed for November 2029.
