Prestige Hoskote is a new township from Prestige Group, planned in the Dalasagere area of Hoskote on Old Madras Road (NH-75) in East Bengaluru. The project is also known as Prestige Dalasagere Hoskote and is currently in its pre-launch phase, with Expressions of Interest open to early buyers. It brings premium high-rise apartments in an integrated gated community, with layouts ranging from 1 to 4 BHK designed for families seeking space, light and greenery.
The township is built around a nature-led concept that combines modern architecture with the calm of the countryside. Around 80% of the site is planned as open green space, with parks and landscaped surroundings woven through the community. Apartments follow Vaastu-compliant planning and use cross ventilation to bring in natural light and fresh air across the homes.
The development is planned to be released in four to five phases, with the indicative launch window set for January 2027. Apartment towers rise up to 28 floors, and the township is planned to offer more than 50 lifestyle amenities, including a 36,000 sq ft clubhouse, pools, fitness and indoor games spaces.
Backed by Prestige Group, a Bengaluru-headquartered developer founded in 1986, Prestige Hoskote combines a established construction track record with a large-scale township vision. Final possession is targeted for 2031, giving early buyers time to plan their move into one of East Bengaluru's fastest-growing corridors.
Prestige Hoskote offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with super built-up areas ranging from about 1,060 sq ft to 3,090 sq ft across the township. The 2 BHK homes are indicatively priced from Rs 1.79 Cr on an all-inclusive basis, with a base rate of Rs 14,200 per sq ft. Larger 3 and 4 BHK layouts, including the 4 BHK homes with super built-up areas of 2,360 to 3,090 sq ft, are priced on request, with top-floor units available on enquiry.

Prestige Hoskote sits in the Dalasagere area of Hoskote on Old Madras Road (NH-75), a fast-growing stretch of East Bengaluru. Hoskote is roughly 25 km from central Bengaluru at Majestic, and the township is a short drive from the operational Whitefield Kadugodi Metro Station on the Purple Line, which opened in March 2023. Whitefield, KR Puram, Budigere Cross and Hoskote Town are all within easy reach along the Old Madras Road corridor, and the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway passes through the wider Hoskote junction. For work and daily needs, residents are well placed for major employment hubs including ITPL and Whitefield Tech Park, with Bagmane Tech Park and Manyata Tech Park also accessible by road. Nearby landmarks include MVJ Medical College for healthcare and the Hoskote bus stand for local transport. BMRCL is studying a roughly 16 km Purple Line extension from KR Puram towards Hoskote, with possible stations at Budigere Cross, Kattamanallur Gate and Hoskote, which would further strengthen rail access to the area.
