Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack said Mumbai remains a key focus market for the Group, calling the Versova opportunity a natural extension of its growing presence in the city, adding that the company sees steady demand for well-located, quality developments in established micro-markets such as Versova. Planned as 2, 3, and 4 BHK luxury apartments, the project aims to deliver spacious homes, elegant architecture, landscaped open spaces, and lifestyle amenities aimed at senior professionals, entrepreneurs, NRI buyers seeking a sea-adjacent Mumbai address, and long-term investors. The project is currently at the upcoming/prelaunch stage, with RERA registration and detailed pricing awaited, and possession currently indicated around 2029.
