Overall, South Bangalore's Prestige pipeline reflects a broader Bengaluru trend — developers pushing hardest into corridors where metro expansion and highway upgrades are furthest along. With Park Ridge's EOI opening and Falcon City Luxe's next phase awaiting approval, the next two quarters are likely to bring more concrete launch dates, pricing, and RERA numbers for South Bangalore's biggest upcoming addresses.
