Overview
Prestige Lake Shore Drive Phase I is a premium commercial development by Prestige Group in Bellandur, East Bangalore. The master plan has been thoughtfully designed to create a world class commercial environment across a sprawling 90 acre development in Bellandur, East Bangalore. The project integrates modern office towers, landscaped open spaces, internal road networks, parking across an integrated business district on the eastern edge of the city.
Phase I is built as a single large-format tech park. The commercial project is a well-planned, modern building that is on an area of 1,365,415 square feet, with a total built-up area of 4,096,206 square feet, an area per floor of about 1,07,052 square feet, and 10 floors, a ground floor, and two basements. Phase 1 of the project encompasses Wings A, B, and C in Towers 1, 2, and 3.
The park is designed for scale and sustainability. It is registered under LEED v4 BD+C program for sustainability, indicating a green building framework. The floor plates of approximately 107,052 sq ft per floor are ideal for large enterprises and GCCs.
Lake Shore Drive Phase I forms the commercial half of the larger Prestige Lake Shore township. The main project consists of two projects- Prestige Lakeshore Drive and Prestige Lakeside Habitat, the former commercial and the latter residential. Together they form one of Prestige Group's largest mixed-use developments on the Bellandur-ORR belt.
